We put in a request for a specific color Highlander and model that we wanted, and got a price quote (that was about 7K less than MSRP before tax and licensing/"bells and whistles" in less than 24 hours after sending the request. When we got to the dealership upon first visit, we test drove and took care of the paper work within 3.5 hours and drove it off the lot. Our salesperson, Ken, took time to show us the computer system and walk us through the Extended care service that we bought. I'm used to the type of service that once you bought the car, "you're on your own." At Fremont Toyota, Ken gave us the a service contact person and has always offered to help with anything we weren't sure about. The almost seamless way of buying a car is as much as they could do to feel like "family." More
