I am so glad I got in touch with Raffi. He was honest and respectful and didn't waste my time. Everyone that helped me out from the manager all the way to the Finance department was amazing. I just want to emphasize my experience with Raffi on how transparent he was with communication even after we settled on a good price. Over the weeks while I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered, he was actively keeping me up to date with any changes in the delivery time frame through text. You can definitely tell he cared about his customers as a person more than just a dollar amount sale. I wish I knew more people that are in the market for a Toyota just so I can refer them to Raffi. On the following Saturday (after our purchase on Wednesday) I had to come in to purchase a second key fob and programming, and Phil in service made me feel like I was dealing with a buddy, rather than just a service writer. And Fawad in finance made the transaction easy and explained everything really well. All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience. More
