I have tried to buy a vehicle 5 times over the past 5-6 years from Lake City CDJR, and all 5 times I left very unhappy, and was able to purchase what I want how I want from other dealerships. I have only used their Service Department over the years because of their outstanding service from Miss Trish and Chris. HOWEVER... This time around, thanks to Mr. Conner, Mr. Luke, and Chris the mechanic, we were able to make it happen. I was in an unforeseen and unfortunate situation, and these gentlemen seriously went to work to make things happen for me. They didn't just sell me a vehicle, but they were able to get me through a very bad spot. Although I do not know him, I feel I should also thank their GM as I am sure what was done was with his approval. So this time around, I owe this team some thanks. More

Would not allow us to use our own bank check in which we were already pre-approved. Stated they could provide financing for a less percentage rate than we had through our personal bank. When it came time to sign for the vehicle, our credit scores”magically” came down well over 30-50 points. The interest rate was 3% higher than our preapproved rate. The manager came in again and stated the financing MUST go through the dealership so “they” could make some money back because they were selling the vehicle at such a low price. More

LAKE CITY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM! In 2020 I purchased a vehicle from them and traded in a vehicle in which they paid off the trade in and there was no negative equity. In 2024 I purch In 2020 I purchased a vehicle from them and traded in a vehicle in which they paid off the trade in and there was no negative equity. In 2024 I purchased a new vehicle and added a trade in in which was paid off. There was no negative equity. Recently I was going to purchase a 2025 model with a trade in but guess what $14000 in negative equity in which yes I was screwed by this dealership. I told Justin Milton to not shotgun my credit. Guess what he did. I was told by him he would send a certified letter to the credit bureaus to disregard the credit check. I told him I needed a copy of the letter. This was on Dec. 22, 2025 and he quit responding to me. I have emailed and telephoned the corporate office with negative response from the company. On Dec. 22, 2025 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There has been no response from Lake City CDJR or Morgan Auto Group. No wonder Morgan Auto Group has a lawsuit on them from several former employees for deceptive practices and fraud. Please do not purchase from this dealership. They do not care about their customers or employees, they just want the dollars. BEWARE More
