Never on time with appointments. Really bad communication as to what’s going on during your service. The Worst. I took my car for new tires and be brakes. Ever since the brake replacement they have been squeaking. I’ve taken my car back to this dealership 3-4 t I took my car for new tires and be brakes. Ever since the brake replacement they have been squeaking. I’ve taken my car back to this dealership 3-4 times to address the issue and they’ve not been able to resolve it. At a different dealership fixing a flat tire I mentioned the issue I was having with the brakes and $325 later their diagnostic found none of the contact points were lubricated on the right rear brakes. To avoid paying that amount again I decided to take my car back to this dealership and share what was going in hopes that they’d check all of my brakes and resolve the issue. Instead, again, they reported they were unable to duplicate the issue and that I needed to come back for my car. After getting my car back, I sent recordings of the brakes squeaking. I’m at wits end with the issue and this dealership. More
