EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE When I stopped at All Star, I was on my second day car shopping and had been to several dealerships prior to. I met with Ken and he was amazing. Not only was he very helpful he was also very patient. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try and sell me something I wasn't interested in. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pushed around into buying something. I test drove a truck and he showed me all the accessories and how to use each one. I spent a few hours there looking at different vehicles and then visited other dealerships around the area. I had an awful experience at another dealership ended up back to All Star and bought the truck. I will be referring people to Ken Weaver if they are every needing a new vehicle. Everyone there was very nice and patient. I do not like car shopping because I always feel that I am rushed or pushed, but with Ken I felt very comfortable. Ken from Finance was also amazing. He explained the difference between the extra packages that could be added. He was also very patient. I cant Thank you all enough for the pleasant experience! More
