Details matter. When I first arrived i mentions the TPMS sensor was on and it was more than likely due to the cold weather and tire pressure. Service advisor acknowledged this and advised since tires would sensor was on and it was more than likely due to the cold weather and tire pressure. Service advisor acknowledged this and advised since tires would be off for tire rotation that could be addressed. Also mentioned no car washes as it was too cold yet I saw other cars washed while waiting, other customer cars being picked up appeared washed? When I paid for and returned to my car, the TPMS sensor was still on so I drove back in to the service bay. Another service advisor ended up getting a worker to air up my tires after I took off the valve caps myself. Won't be returning to this Luther location. More

The Best Service virtually anywhere. They take good care not to over sell services needed, very honest.
