Great dealership. Great experience I keep going back to this dealership because JJ is so pleasant, funny and helpful. He is extremely patient with me when learning all about the "bells and whistles" on this car. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me. It was overwhelming to me but Ken was great It has been a pleasant experience - feel I don't have to hesitate asking any questions about this car. More

Great car-buying experience I bought a 2017 Acura MDX from Bradshaw Acura in December. I had previously owned a 2012 MDX and had been quite happy with it. Ken Hucker was very pro I bought a 2017 Acura MDX from Bradshaw Acura in December. I had previously owned a 2012 MDX and had been quite happy with it. Ken Hucker was very professional and helpful throughout the buying process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the advances and updates that had been made to the newer MDX model. He answered all of my questions in a clear, concise and honest manner. And even after I drove away from the dealership in my new car, he is still happily answering my questions as I learn all the new features of my car. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Ken and the Bradshaw dealership exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. More

Quick and Easy--Not so cheap Emailed dealership on Monday morning about interest in used MDX in inventory. Mike Burgess called within two hours to see what he could offer me. Told him I would go to dealership on Tuesday afternoon to view auto. He told me he would be off on Tuesday but would come in and show auto to me if I called him an hour before my arrival. Went to Greenville on Tuesday morning and got an appraisal from Carmax. Called Mike and told him w I was on my way, but he was too far away from dealership to be able to meet me promptly. I told him I was not really interested in the auto I inquired about because it was wrong color and not AWD. Told him not to bother trying to meet me at dealership. Arrived at dealership and was met by Ken Hecker. Told him I wanted a used, silver MDX with AWD. He said he did not have one but offered me a new 2017. We looked at it and took a test drive and i told him I would take it at right price. Ran out of room More

Best purchase experience buying a new vehicle I have been buying cars for over 40 years. Unfortunately the stereotype of the car salesmen has some validity. All too often a last minute charge pops up, or you feel like you are being manipulated with the "let me talk to my manager routine." Dealing with Ken Hucker was a very different experience. Negotiations were straight-forward, timely, and finalizing the deal effective. Just talking with Ken you sense sincerity, a love of the product, and an emphasis on making sure that my experience was the best possible. Even after the paperwork and the deal were finalized, Ken sat in the car with us and went over all the functions to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles. With the Advance Package there is a lot to learn. Throughout the process Ken was not only patient and sincere, but excited to share this with us. More
