Customer Friendly Car Dealership Excellent customer service. When you arrive a Service Representative greets you and directs you to the correct person. Colton, my Service Representat Excellent customer service. When you arrive a Service Representative greets you and directs you to the correct person. Colton, my Service Representative, quickly handles the check-in and gives me an estimate of the price and the amount of time the service will require. If something is discovered during the servicing of the car such as the need for additional work or that the work is going to take longer than originally expected, I am notified. In five years as a Bradshaw customer I have never been surprised by the cost for the service or the amount of time it would require. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, my vehicle is fixed correctly the first time, and waiting area is comfortable. I am so pleased with Bradshaw I now bring my other car (not an Acura) to them for service. More

Incredible Buying Experience From our very first visit to the final purchase, the experience was informative, professional and completely without pressure. We had little knowledge From our very first visit to the final purchase, the experience was informative, professional and completely without pressure. We had little knowledge of the Acura RDX other than those we had seen on the road, or what we had read on the Acura website. Ken Hucker took his time to answer any and all questions with professionalism and obvious product knowledge. He was sure to ask questions regarding our needs and wants, and honestly explained if the RDX would meet them or not. When met with a possible concern regarding our rather unusual need to have a vehicle that would allow the transport of a parrot and cage on our travels, Ken did not try to oversell the capability of the vehicle to do so, but allowed us the time to consider the possible solutions rather than try to push us to an immediate decision. From that initial visit, further questions and communication was again a confirmation of Ken's ability to understand his customer as well as his product which concluded with one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. More

Great experience buying our 2017 RDX We had considered buying an RDX based on our own research before heading to the dealer, but wanted to test drive a 2017 one before making up our mind We had considered buying an RDX based on our own research before heading to the dealer, but wanted to test drive a 2017 one before making up our mind and to learn a bit more about the car in person. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and ended up talking to Ken Hucker. He never rushed us and we made a test drive, followed by a nice and relaxed discussion about the car and the options available to us. We considered test driving some competitors, so we told him we would be back in touch the next day. We called him the next morning letting him know we would be buying the car and would come by in a few hours. When we got there he had everything prepared and went over the car's features in detail with us. We never felt rushed and he explained everything to us. He even hooked up our phones to the car while we were finishing up the finances. All in all a wonderful experience. The financial dealings with Mike Burgess were very smooth and friendly as well. More

Ken was 'top knotch' Could not have been happier. Ken Hucker was one of the most Professional car sales person that I have ever met--knowledgeable, experienced and truly knows the car. Whoever the Ken Hucker was one of the most Professional car sales person that I have ever met--knowledgeable, experienced and truly knows the car. Whoever the finance guy I had (sorry forgot his name) did not tell me to pay my taxes on the car that I traded and been though 'xxxx' with that little mishap. Been to court house, now must go back to the dealership and I have wasted much time. This was not Ken's mistake but it has forced him to call me on several occasions which has put him on a spot. Now I am told I will owe another $14 for someone's mistake. Too bad as the rest of the experience was good More

Pretty good even if I was buying a car. I hate this process Ken was great, he spent a lot of time outside after the dealership closed to show me about my car. It was a pretty good experience even though I felt like I was visiting the principles office when meeting with Eric (I had to sit in the hall and Ken kept bringing me paperwork out in the hall to sign. I always feel like I am being screwed when buying a car they make it a little better. Eric and I laughed, but I think I was deliriously tired. Ken spent a lot of time outside after the dealership closed to show me about my car. More
