2020 ILX A-Spec I was looking to purchase a good quality car for my daughter. We had chosen several manufacturers, and models to look at, and had been working through our list. When we got to Acura, we met Ken Hucker about 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening. We knew at once this was our car, and Ken never once let the time interfere with us looking at the models, test driving, nor ALL of our questions. We immediately knew how Ken felt about the product he was selling, and he is super knowledgeable about the car, and all your questions. He immediately starting working on our deal, and found exactly what we wanted in color and trim, and had it there Monday evening. Ken also took the time to show and teach my daughter all the "Bells and Whistles" while we took care of the financing with Mr. Burgess. We toured the dealership, and Ken even let my daughter drive back to the Service Department so now she knows exactly where to go and what to do. Overall, this has been the absolute best, easiest, and quickest car deal we have ever made. It was a true pleasure doing business with such a fine group of associates at Bradshaw. Easy car buying experience This was my first time to visit Bradshaw Acura, and I was interested in purchasing an Acura RLX. Ken was very easy to work with, knew everything about This was my first time to visit Bradshaw Acura, and I was interested in purchasing an Acura RLX. Ken was very easy to work with, knew everything about the car, and took me for a test ride. Since I wasn't very familiar with the area and traffic, I didn't't want to do a test drive, but I asked for a test ride. Ken drove me around and explained the car's features and. how to use them. While we were out, my car was evaluated for a trade-in. After talking with Ken a little more, I was ready to trade and buy a RLX. I came back on Monday, and worked with JJ to complete my purchase. Before I left in my new car, Ken went through the different features, attached my phone, and helped me with Acuralink to add my home address. Ken called me later in the week to see how things were going with the car. I've never had a salesperson do that before, and I really appreciated his checking on it. Things were fine, by the way.
