I bought a 2004 Jeep Cherokee, and after leaving discovered it ahs bad flaws in the paint on the tailgate, which were covered by the dust. I will have to have a body shop fix the paint, at my expense. Also the dealership is badly organized, The Jeep had a faulty fan switch, which they fixed, after a lengthy wait for approval. The next day when I went to get the car, I had to wait 90 minutes for them to retrieve it from the shop and wash the quarry dust off. I was several miles down the road before I realized I had no temporary license plate on the car, and had to return, again there was a long wait while they found the forms, had me sign them, and I could leave. We loved how they let you look at the vehicles without being pressured by a salesman. Once we found the vehicle we were interested in we went to the office and they pulled it up front. We loved how they let you take the vehicle for a test drive by yourself. We let them know up front that we would have to wait a week to purchase the vechicle and they let us put a small deposit on it held it for us until the next weekend. When we went back this weekend they had the truck ready for us. They worked on the financing and worked with us to get a payment that would work for us. No pressure at any point in the purchase. More

They explained to us how their business works, fixed price, no hassle going back and forth. We paid cash for the truck and were surprised that they even accepted a personal check..
