He worked with me over a period of months to ensure I got the vehicle I needed. I am retired and spend a lot of time pulling a RV all over the US and have very specific requirements. Our buying experience seemed more like an ordeal. I first talked to Chris and later given to KJ as our sales person. It seemed like KJ didn't know a lot about the F-150 Limited and tried to B.S. me. T I first talked to Chris and later given to KJ as our sales person. It seemed like KJ didn't know a lot about the F-150 Limited and tried to B.S. me. The sales staff"s performance was marginal. The most efficient person in the dealership was Sandra Jones. She saw that I was having problems with the purchase of a tonneau cover and helped me buy the one I wanted. I think in total, my wife and I spent about 7 hours over two days buying our truck. I really don't think it should take that long. More
