Great experience at Metro Toyota I was recommended to go to Metro Toyota by a good friend who said that they were great people to help me. My car was hit in the parking lot at work, I was recommended to go to Metro Toyota by a good friend who said that they were great people to help me. My car was hit in the parking lot at work, I was told that it was totaled. Now, I needed another car that I wasn’t ready to get. But I had to. I went there, to see what they had in used cars in my budget and they had a couple, but not what I was looking for. My sales person, Mr. Ken Konopka, said that they had a 2014 Toyota Avalon, a little over what I wanted to pay, but it sounded like what I wanted. They had just got the car as a trade and hadn’t gone through all their inspections. So about 1 1/2 week later, I picked up my new/used car and I love it!! Everyone that we dealt with was great and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and would go back there, if I needed another car again. Go to Metro Toyota! More

Ken Konopka was very patient with me. He took time to explain all new features on RAV4 Hybrid before and after test drive without being pushy. The final price was adjusted without any heckling. Once the purchase was completed Ken has spend time answering questions, showing all commands, emphasized safety features. Finally he connected my iphone (Apple and WiFi way), explained future appointments and congratulated me. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
