My husband and I came to this dealership looking to buy a used car we saw on their website. Previously, we had gone to 5 other dealerships, and each had us sitting for extended periods of time in the negotiations process, never ending up with a price that was good for us. With Alice and Ken, there was no pressure and no BS. Dave then helped with financing, and then when I wanted to change my contract the next week, he helped me again - no problem. More
