Kudos to Uftrings and Nick Cramer! I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wantin I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wanting. We signed papers and it was done and a great experience! However, the next day I had to return the vehicle (Jeep model) to Uftrings because of a recall and no time frame of a fix. Even though we were disappointed, Nick and Ken Miller said they would make sure they would find me the right vehicle and wanted to make me happy. Well, they certainly did - Nick called the day after and said he had found me a GREAT vehicle and wanted to bring it out to my work. He brought it out to me - I absolutely LOVED it and couldn't believe they brought it to me - that is great customer service! The vehicle they found for me was better than the vehicle I thought I had wanted originally. I couldn't of asked to work with nicer, friendlier people. I am recommending Nick Cramer to everyone I know:) More

Adam Gawason is an AWESOME car salesman I went into Uftring used car lot not knowing what I needed and Adam came over to me and introduced himself and showed me a car and then walked away un I went into Uftring used car lot not knowing what I needed and Adam came over to me and introduced himself and showed me a car and then walked away until I was ready to talk.
