I grew up in Washington, and graduated Washington High School in 2003. I currently live in Peoria and have been with Uftring Chevy since 2010. Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching all sports, traveling, road trips, sight seeing, making people laugh, movies and snowmobiling. I enjoy selling cars and trucks for many reasons, especially showing my customers all the new technologies of a vehicle and making my customers happy. What I like most about the Uftring Auto Group is the honesty, integrity and values that this organization practices. Any customer can expect to have fun buying the right car from me. I’m very personable, fun, caring and I treat all my customers just like friends and not like a salesman. No high pressure with me, always honest and making sure I find the best car that fits their needs. I remind people of John Candy, I love to have a good time and make people laugh!

I came into this store to get my first new car, after going all around looking for a new/use car. Was scared and worried about everything. Nick Cramer Was the dealer that helped me, and got me in my AMAZ going all around looking for a new/use car. Was scared and worried about everything. Nick Cramer Was the dealer that helped me, and got me in my AMAZING! new car. He told me the truth, he did not sugar coat anything to make me buy the car. and was super helpful! After buying the car Iv called him a handful of times, and every time hes been super helpful and nice! If you are in the area, or ever if your not in the area, i recommend coming to Washington Ufting Chevrolet at 1860 Washington Road, IL 61571 and asking for Nick Cramer! Thank you so much Nick!!!! Extremely happy with the whole experience. Nick was my salesman and he went out of his way to make sure I got the best promotions / discounts on my Bolt EUV. Also, special mention of Kyle who Nick was my salesman and he went out of his way to make sure I got the best promotions / discounts on my Bolt EUV. Also, special mention of Kyle who helped with my Illinois rebate. Both were friendly and helpful. No markups, which is refreshing in this hyper-competive market. They didn't push the extended warranty or extras hard, just made them optional. They gave me a fair trade-in value and made the beginning-to-end buying experience easy. More

Initial reception was very friendly but process didn't execute well. Inquired about a used vehicle and staff never sent me the information. Days passed and I had to call several times only to find out veh execute well. Inquired about a used vehicle and staff never sent me the information. Days passed and I had to call several times only to find out vehicle was just sold. Really? I find this pretty typical that sales depts never seems to have up-to-date info or follow up in a timely manner. Wasted a lot of time and lost the vehicle I wanted solely because of this. More

Went way outta their way for us!!! We live an hour and a half away and nick made it so comfortable over the phone so when we got there it went like butter and even the next day when i f We live an hour and a half away and nick made it so comfortable over the phone so when we got there it went like butter and even the next day when i found a terrible scratch in the door i called him and he was able to get it all taken care of for me even though the sale was already final!!!! Nick is by far the best salesman ive ever had when i bought anything ...not just a car!!! Hes the best!!! More

Best experience all around! My wife and I were searching around for a Equinox and drove a few used ones around with the help of Nick Cramer. When we brought one of the used ones My wife and I were searching around for a Equinox and drove a few used ones around with the help of Nick Cramer. When we brought one of the used ones back from a test drive we visited with Joe Knapp and Nate Schneider as well and we went through comparing a brand new versus used equinox and with discounts and incentives we walked out of there with a brand new one instead and this is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased through this dealer and will continue to keep going back! The service they strive to present is excellent!!! More
