Overall my experience from Kia of Lansing was above average. It's been 6 years since I've had to purchase a car, and my first time purchasing a car in Michigan. This was the smoothest car buying process I have ever had, given it did take a bit longer than I was expecting, but the great service I was provided made up for the timing. I fell in love with the Telluride as soon as I test drove it for the first time back in January, fast forward to this month where I was finally in the market to purchase and Kia of Lansing made it simple, straight forward and overall enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating too. Overall will be sticking to Kia of Lansing for the long haul on this one. Thanks again to the Sales department, specifically Neil for being informative and kind with us through the process. More
