"Amazing experience "
- AudiantnyFrom the start of my journey with my salesman Brian McCave I have had nothing but a positive experience with Audi of Southampton.. Brian made my purchase effortless!!!. And to top that the staff of service advisors Kristen, Jacqué and John have always been courteous and professional, timely and just an absolute pleasure to work with!... "Taking months to resolve turn in lease issues."
- HCHASCharged a fee for late lease turn in, even though dealer told me there would be no problem, as I was waiting for new Audi. UPDATE: Tor from the dealership, did ultimately resolve this issue, by refunding all dollars due as per our original agreement. While I still feel put upon, having to have spent many hours over the course of 4 months and a lot of energy on the issue, the dealership did send a check, once a poor rating was posted. Tor offered me a free car detailing, in addition to the check, for my aggravation. Still my last Audi, so not worth the lost peace of mind.
