I had a great experience at Suntrup Nissan. I was really nervous going into it because of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Beth really put me at ease and made the car shopping I was really nervous going into it because of bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Beth really put me at ease and made the car shopping experience enjoyable. She was patient and not pushy and I really appreciated that. I ended up getting a different car elsewhere, but I will definitely be back at Suntrup in a few years when it is time to upgrade. More

I never met Aaron. He wasn't working when we came in. The experience was easy but we came in for a specific car so Kenan really did need to "sell" it. He explained mos He wasn't working when we came in. The experience was easy but we came in for a specific car so Kenan really did need to "sell" it. He explained most things for us. But I didn't know things like we get 3 months sirius radio and how to put the car is neutral. (It is a different way that usual). Also I texted him after we had the car for a week to ask a question and he never got back to me after he said he would get the answer. The dealership did fix the 2 scratches in a day which was nice. I was not told that my husband had to sign the old title so I had to go back after the purchase. I live 40 minutes away so that was kind of a pain. More
