I had service done on my vehicle and had it picked up from my house and delivered back to me. This was an option THEY offered to me. I requested my vehicle would be delivered by a certain time when I sch from my house and delivered back to me. This was an option THEY offered to me. I even offered to reschedule if that wasn’t doable and the girl insisted that it was plenty of time and she would let me know if I would need to reschedule. They were 30 minutes late picking up and 45 mins late delivering! More
