I started working Internet Sales ten years ago to help customers have an easier shopping experience. I personally love shopping online so I can appreciate the ease of getting information ahead of time so when it comes to finalizing the purchase it is quick, easy and hassle free. I have been in the Marketing / Owner Loyalty Manager position for 5 years and truly love working with our customers to make sure they are getting the best treatment when purchasing a vehicle from us or getting their vehicle serviced. With an appointment I dont understand why an hour for a oil change is normal for them. Get your scheduling under control.
