I started working Internet Sales ten years ago to help customers have an easier shopping experience. I personally love shopping online so I can appreciate the ease of getting information ahead of time so when it comes to finalizing the purchase it is quick, easy and hassle free. I have been in the Marketing / Owner Loyalty Manager position for 5 years and truly love working with our customers to make sure they are getting the best treatment when purchasing a vehicle from us or getting their vehicle serviced. Poor service and I was mislead My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. Before I went into the dealership I made sure I called Kendell and informed her the exact vehicle brand and mode I wanted. I also expressed that I lived an hour away and I didn't want to waste her time or mine if it if the vehicle I wanted was not an option. Being that a purchased a Brand new vehicle from them 4 years ago I trusted what she said. She told me that I am a loyalty customer with Nissan that they would do everything to make it happenand that I could get the exact vehicle I wanted for around the same payments, When I arrived she greeted me and I sat down with very nice man who's only been working there a few months.. not only did they waste my time but the payments were over $200 MORE THAN WHAT I WAS ALREADY PAYING. When I explained to the man what Kendall and her co worker Recardo promised me, he stated that he;s never heard of that happening before. He then called them on the phone to have them come out of the glass room, which was clearly visible and speak with me. Not only did they never come out, my fiance and I were the only customers in there! They were on their cells just ignoring us, while we watched them. After waiting for a while and watched strolling on their cell phones and conversing in the room with other employees laughing, I asked the man that was helping us to pull the recording if he thought we weren't being honest.. he then stated he didn't want to go through all of that.. We then walked over to the room where they all were and they still ignored us.. long story short I drove almost an hour and a half at rush hour for them to lie to me just to get me in the door! And then could not look me in the eye and be honest! My first car was a Nissan and my whole family has Nissan's. We will never purchase another Nissan again just from this experience! I feel like I was mislead and lied to and no cared.. They just wanted my sale. These people will say whatever it takes to get you there! More
