Albrecht GMC is what every owner would want their business to aspire to. The employees work together as a family and help each other out at the blink of an eye. Randy is very knowledgeable with a warm welcoming attitude and can answer anything you ask him. Mia went above and beyond and ran around in the pouring rain to bring the cars out front so I didn’t get too wet. She is sweet and down to earth. Jake also helped me to learn the ins and outs of the cars features with a smile and upbeat personality. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kendra in financing and alongside her beauty, her attention to detail ensured nothing was missed. I’m sure everyone there is just as wonderful as the staff I encountered. I absolutely love my new SUV “Beast mode” and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you guys for making me so happy 😀 More

He helped us with our trade-in as well, and made sure we did not leave the facility without knowing EVERYTHING about the car! He offered to help us, at our HOME. if we had any follow-up questions!!! Who does that anymore??? We selected a Certified, Pre-owned, Buick Encore GX. We also spoke with the General Manager, (he did not identify himself and just stopped to "chit chat" with us about our Naval Service and such!). We thought he was "just a nice guy" buying a car as well, that just noticed my USS Forrestal hat that sat down to speak with us!, (found out later the next day who he was), Mike Tarasuik. We also dealt with Kendra. A very nice lady that helped us with the paperwork. Took less than 15 minutes, and we were done! Drove home with a spic & span "new" Buick Encore! We have never, ever, had such a great experience at a dealership. From stem to stern they were all happy, helpful, and Scott was concerned that we got the car we needed! More

The purchase was great. I had a problem with my headlights would'nt work.Contacted service department and they said they could see me in a week.I could'nt drive my car to wor I had a problem with my headlights would'nt work.Contacted service department and they said they could see me in a week.I could'nt drive my car to work.Had my mechanic fix the problem and paid $ 376.spoke with Henry and emailed him a copy of the paid receipt.I was well within the90 days or 3000 mile warranty.Nobody has been in touch since.
