After purchasing the vehicle I found out that you expect the vehicle to be dropped off for days in order for you to work on it at your leisure. I NEVER would have purchased a vehicle from you if I knew this the vehicle to be dropped off for days in order for you to work on it at your leisure. I NEVER would have purchased a vehicle from you if I knew this ahead of time. I live 46miles 1 way from you & I have no family at home. And no one who wants to drive over 90 miles first thing in am. I have poor health & shouldn’t be without a vehicle but water under the bridge I know now & it’s the last time I purchase a vehicle from y’all!! I called prior to coming over for service said I had problem & car needed a more extensive maintenance than oil change. I was told to bring the car it will be ok it’ll be taken care of. I got there the lady greeted me told me I’d have to drop it off. I told her I’d called before coming over she went & spoke with the manager & thank God he agreed to service the car that day!! I’m overly grateful for that!! I’m trying to pay the car off quick so once the agreement runs out on the warranty I will take it to a place closer, cheaper & will work on the vehicle that day!! More

Hands down had a great experience with Mr. Kendrick Price. He delivered on many aspects. 1: Great customer service and very personable. 2: Stayed in contact in a professional way, wasn't t Kendrick Price. He delivered on many aspects. 1: Great customer service and very personable. 2: Stayed in contact in a professional way, wasn't to over the top like some sales reps are but took my considerations for a car seriously and made sure to let me know that 100% it was my choice in the options available. 3: Went out of his way to take care of me. Didn't find what I was looking for at Peltier Nissan but did at Peltier Kia. And with that I highly recommend Kendrick for car purchasing. More
