The service experience is absolutely horrible. After being a Kia owner since 2020 - their service department literally makes me want to sell this car and avoid Kia in the future. Inspections aren’t completed as stated, vehicle returned in a condition that was technically not safe to drive despite being assured it was (later tech admitted there was a major issue), requests to speak to service manager denied, sales staff comes into service waiting area to attempt to sell you new cars. Just ridiculously poor experience all around. More
