Gettel collision center had my car since October 19, 2022. I was lied to about when it would be finished. I am a Disabled Veteran and when I picked it up in February 2023. I found that the insides were 2022. I was lied to about when it would be finished. I am a Disabled Veteran and when I picked it up in February 2023. I found that the insides were all dirty. So dirty that I could write my name on the inside of my car. I feel that they should have cleaned it. It was clean inside when I left it there. I am upset because I am not physically able to clean all the white dust that was left all over the inside of my car. Shame on them More

Work was done well. My biggest issue is that the car sat without your attention for 6+ weeks. Even though it was after a hurricane, I expected quicker service and especially better communication. It took 10 weeks to fix damaged areas on the paint and replace the windshield. service and especially better communication. Supposed to be a 2 week fix. Two MONTHS later it was done. The last 4 weeks in a row was told it would be done by the end of the week on Tuesday or Monday. Another week has passed since my last visit to the shop. I was told on that day the truck would be in the paint area and could be done in a week. Today I stop in to see the progress expecting to see it with I was told on that day the truck would be in the paint area and could be done in a week. Today I stop in to see the progress expecting to see it with color and it had none. I was told it was not done because of additional work, I did see s verbal EMails regarding insurance acceptance of this work. The communication is much better this week. It’s not easy to be accepting of the pace of progress but I believe with the obvious high workload and other entanglements I will. I do miss this vehicle and want it back soon as we can. I know the work will be top notch as I have come to expect with Chevrolet. Can’t wait to see the finished vehicle. More
