Not only is Toyota a brand with a great reputation, but what makes it even better is the experience when buying a car from Toyota of Tampa Bay. The last couple of years, Toyota of Tampa Bay has been the place where I have purchased my vehicles because of the fair prices and especially because of the stellar service provided by everyone there. I purchased a 2024 Corolla yesterday, and like always, my salesperson, Kenneth Acosta, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was introduced for the first time to Jake Maged, a financial services leader, and he made the process of financing my car very smooth and convenient for me. Jake treated me with respect, kindness, and courtesy. I thank Jeremy Grosse for always taking care of me and my family. Jeremy is truly one of a kind! The entire experience at Toyota of Tampa Bay was top-notch! More

I am writing this review to end the many emails clogging the inbox. I arrived for service on my car and to test drive a new car while I waited. Incentive; $25. Gift card. Interesting development, I was tol the inbox. I arrived for service on my car and to test drive a new car while I waited. Incentive; $25. Gift card. Interesting development, I was told by my service manager that I did not need front brakes on my car. The same brakes and same service department that had warned me 1 year ago that I needed front and back brakes and when I chose only rear brakes I was warned that I shouldn't drive much longer on the front brakes. I was sold a very nice car, after being asked honestly what payment I could afford, I left with a payment $200. higher than my comfort. I am relocating as I have found a job that would put that payment in my comfort zone. More
