Thierno was absolutely incredible. He was so kind and helpful and prompt. We also worked with the manager Harry Whitaker. I would work with him every time if I could. Came in looking for a Tacoma or 4Runner. . Harry Walker found me and was immediately of service. He took his time to show and test drive all of the vehicles I was interested in and helped me . He was very knowledgeable and went absolutely above and beyond for me in every way possible, including getting a few small missing pieces (used vehicle) for me and giving helpful connections. Everybody I encountered during my visit and transaction was very friendly, however, whenever I go back I will always ask for Harry. Thanks so much! :) More

I called several times, I even talked to Manager called Harry. I asked if there were any nasty surprise in the price tag, All they NO, we are the best of the best. Then based on that I drove 4 hours from M Harry. I asked if there were any nasty surprise in the price tag, All they NO, we are the best of the best. Then based on that I drove 4 hours from Miami to Tampa. Once there they immediately gave the NASTIEST SURPRISE, they tried to SCAM me with the so called TOYOTA ADVANTAGE PACKAGE for almost $4000 and the lifetime warranty they tell you on the phone is INCLUDED in the sale price, they added for about $1800. So basically they surprised me with almost $5800 USD in a NASTY SCAM. I will go to the Florida legislature with this. I will go to TAMPA CITY Council. I will go to the BBB. This is a NASTY SCAM. Stay away from this dealer. More

First off, I want to say Shannon Lamagna was fantastic! She came in and got the deal done when another sales person couldn’t. She pushed and pushed and helped me get the car I really wanted. A friend recommended Toyota of Tampa Bay so when I needed a new vehicle I checked it out. I had looked online and realized that their inventory was amazing. I really wasn’t looking forward to the experience a new vehicle I checked it out. I had looked online and realized that their inventory was amazing. I really wasn’t looking forward to the experience of buying a new car and I walked In skeptical that I was going to get a good deal. That changed immediately when I started talking to the sales consultant Shannon Lamagna. I have to give her a shout out and recommend that you definitely ask for her. She went out of her way to show me as many vehicles as I wanted, she was so informative and a pleasure to work with. I was indecisive, but the time passed quickly and she worked so hard to get me the most amazing deal. Her Sales manager Johnny was also great to work with and he accredited my great deal on a vehicle to the dealership being number one in Florida, but I’m pretty sure it was also Shannon’s aggressive negotiating on my behalf. She didn’t give up I until I got everything I wanted! I never would have thought a car buying experience at a car dealership would be enjoyable and bring me so much joy. I have to add one more anecdote which is that the dealership also have me a LIFETIME power train warranty and Toyo advantage plan. Never thought I’d be so excited about free car washes but this dealership is fabulous. More
