On 10-14-2026/Wednesday0730 AM I had my 2000 Tundra (ordered it new 26 years ago) serviced by the best Toyota Dealership I have ever encountered and used. I have the best team that over sees the super (ordered it new 26 years ago) serviced by the best Toyota Dealership I have ever encountered and used. I have the best team that over sees the super care I get with my Tundra. They are Kenneth James, the advanced intake Service Representative, Josh Axtetter, Senior Master Tech Mechanic and Billy Stewart, Manager over all of the Garage. This team works collectively very well together in accomplishing any task in an efficient manner leaving me, the customer, very happy. Had to get new lower ball joints on front end of Tundra, change oil, inspection for registration, top off fluids and check Tundra from front to rear that all parts are functioning correctly. Definitely feel the improvement on driving with new lower ball joints. They keep this Tundra in excellent condition telling me when I need something. People are stopping me all the time interesting in buying it. Yes it is in excellent condition, all of the truck, even the engine, with of course the help of my Longo Toyota team, getting parts when needing and installing them. This Tundra was the first big 8 cylinder truck Toyota made starting in 2000 and think it is the best one Tundra has ever made!!!! Thanks Kenneth, Josh, and Billy and all of Longo Toyota staff for helping me preserve the life of this Antique Tundra by having such great knowledgeable and professional employees at this location! I worked only with the service department but they are really wonderful. My car was having the normal oil change and fluids checks. In the process they found a few other issues. What can I say, that I have not said before about Tony "Superman" Bailey? I purchased vehicle #10 from him on 04/23/2026. 8 of the 10 transactions were quick and seamless. A few were not quite so easy, and this was one of them. This was due in part, to me asking to buy a vehicle that was a service loaner and not for sale. I also, was not on my "A-Game" as a buyer and was not an easy customer to deal with, this time around. Nonetheless, Tony said "tell me what you want to do, and I will go to work for you" and he did. Tony was professional and courteous when I was not. I had a certain trim/spec/budget price/condition in mind. I was willing to wait until something came along. Tony kept in contact with me every step of the way and let me look at fresh trade ins and anything on the lot that I wanted to see, with no pressure. At no point did Tony or the dealership try and sway me to a new unit or some other used one I did not want or something I could not afford. The trade value had to be within a certain range and they delivered. It truly took a village of people to make it all work, but Tony Bailey and Harvey Portwood made it happen and the service loaner truck is now in my driveway. I cannot be any happier. Tony is the real deal. He works tirelessly for his customers and the Longo dealership. He helps those in need and those in the community. He uses his name and recognition, to the benefit of others. The use of social media, TikTok, and old school business cards has paid off for him and the dealership. Many more things to say, but after 10 purchases, these things remain true: Tony Bailey is the best sales consultant I have EVER met. Tony Bailey loves God, his wife, his career, and his customers. Tony Bailey is honest, caring, and giving. Tony Bailey is truly, the "Superman" of the car business and should be your one and only sales consultant for life! More

I always get my vehicle serviced here and they are the best. So quick and informative and open about pricing. I had an issue with a different Toyota dealership selling me a vehicle with a faulty running b best. So quick and informative and open about pricing. I had an issue with a different Toyota dealership selling me a vehicle with a faulty running board and Toyota of prosper resolved it free of charge. There was a little miscommunication getting it scheduled but once that was completed they did absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend coming here. Everyone I’ve worked with and spoken to has been so kind. More
