I just want to say that Keneth and Serina were top notch! They made this experience as good as it could be! It took 5 hrs to get the deal done and wish it could have been a bit faster. I do however want to point out that the young man behind the counter who was working with Serina was not a pleasure to deal with. He frustrated me a lot. He was more interested in telling me about his Rebel and how well it drives and that I could drive his. I already had test drove the SST and my question was regarding whether the SST engine was the same as the Hurricane. He then was trying to tell us that the 3.9% interest is what he financed his for while I was trying to figure out the difference of the 1.9% vs the 3.9% interest. I told Kenneth I did not want to deal with him anymore and Serina came in and saved the day! He almost turned me off from the deal period until she stepped in and took over! What a great pair Ken and Serina made! The finance mgr Josh Williams was great too! Hey laid out a bunch of options for us and made the signing process no pressure! A great guy you have there! You have a customer for life thanks to these three stellar individuals! Christian also helped gather some info from us and was great as well!!! More
