While I did appreciate Kenneth’s transparency on the dealer add-ons and protection programs, he was very condescending when telling me about the “fine print” that details these potential charges on thei dealer add-ons and protection programs, he was very condescending when telling me about the “fine print” that details these potential charges on their website. The fine print is general language created to design thousands of extra add-ons not advertised. Then the “dealer discounts” are conditional and are not guaranteed. I am frustrated they list a low price on the website when that is not the “Frisco True Price” after saying this store had what it seemed like “bait and switch” tactics, Kenneth began to get very frustrated on the phone to the point of argumentative. I just want to find a place with honest upfront cost, I am not about a place with sneaky prices and hidden language. I will find another dealership. More
