Experienced Sales Manager Ken Lopez (a true pros pro) was empathic, fully transparent, a straight shooter, no games. Being an 'old school' guy it was truly refreshing. The same goes for product specialist Angel Graziani who not only answered all questions but did it with the flair he brings. The business manager Lily was scary organized. After the sale Angel completed the paperwork, called insurance company, reviewed the features, setup my phone and music.
