Amazing experience with Jennifer Lopez, Lily Memija, Shanique Willams, Kenneth Lopez and everyone at Mazda New Rochelle right down to the guy who put my plates on for me (I am so sorry I forgot your nam Shanique Willams, Kenneth Lopez and everyone at Mazda New Rochelle right down to the guy who put my plates on for me (I am so sorry I forgot your name, but I think it was Anthony) This team works together, enjoys what they do, and is very fair and transparent. I come from an automotive family who has owned dealerships in the past. I have bought many cars new and CPO, and this was the best experience aside from one other dealer in 23 years of buying cars that I have had. I am a car person...Okay, I have a car addiction.... and the experience of driving is one of my favorite, hence why I came to Mazda. The cars really do handle as well as the reviews say, even though they are so affordable, which makes a perfect daily driver for this guy who loves to drive. Shanique handled my call and e-mails, and was awesome and kind over the phone. I scheduled an appointment with her, and HIGHLY recommend doing so instead of walking in off the street. You simply get better service from any business that way. Shanique then referred me to Jennifer on the sales floor, who is real, personable, and also kind. Jennifer took over from that point on. She was really great talking to my son while we test drove cars. I brought him because he was super excited to see how this all works. We were greeted and introduced to just about everyone on the sales floor at some point.... They are a young, professional, friendly group of men and women who clearly work hard for their customers. Jennifer had two cpo vehicles ready for me to test drive that I had seen online and waiting outside. We came early in the morning, and I would recommend that for the best experience, as these guys and girls have to hustle when it gets busy. Neither vehicle was the perfect fit, so she brought over a third, right before we left, that I had not seen and it was perfect. They valued my trade completely fairly according to all of the online price guides and two other offers I recieved from other places. I got a separate price for my trade and the new car. Everything was put in writing on the sales agreement properly and the delivery date was set for 3 days later. Start to finish this process was 2 hours, which is incredible if you have ever been stuck in a dealer doing this stuff for six hours.... Fast forward to the delivery day, and Jennifer even came into work on her day off just to make sure that I was well taken care of, even though she had an important family event to attend that evening, which was the only day I could pick up the car that week. I arrived at 4pm and spent the entire 2 hours I was there with Lily in finance, Kenny the manager, and Shanique taking care of me...All because they wanted everything to be smooth and transparent. They put together an incredible package with an extended warranty for me at the last minute, because I wanted the piece of mind with the extra coverage. It probably would have been more like one hour, but Lilly and Kenny are very personable and excellent at their jobs, so we chatted while Kenny came in and out and they finished getting the car and my trade squared away. The weather was crappy, but they had me on the road in my new car by 6 pm. Exactly 2 more hours. Amazing! I am not going to disclose other bits and pieces of this deal, because every deal is different, but lets just say they made me feel like I was buying the nicest car on their lot and I can safely and honestly recommend this team for a new or cpo mazda. I am blown away and might even be writing a letter to Mazda Corporate. I am not being coerced by the dealer to write this. This is a real deal review of a car dealership from a guy who knows cars, car dealerships, and people. Superb experience, and I hope you guys are ready for some referrals coming your way! My family and I thank you all, and you will be seeing us again to look at a CX-9 sometime. I LOVE my new-to-me CX-5. More
