Worst Dealership They are the worst dealership i have ever been too. The sales manager and gm dont care if they have a sale or not. My wife went to go and pick up her They are the worst dealership i have ever been too. The sales manager and gm dont care if they have a sale or not. My wife went to go and pick up her new lease today and the car wasnt ready we set a date todays date a week and a half ago. She waited from 12 to 3 pm for them to inspect the car and clean it. When they were set and done we inspected the car and there was a big scratch on the fender. How the helldo you have a car on your lot for a week and a half and not have it prepped and ready before we go and pick it up and hve a big scratch. Both GM and Sales Manager said not a big you ca. Take it and come back to get it fixed. WE DID NOT TAKE THE CAR! Took our deposit and are now going to another dealership. This has been the worst experience at a dealership. No one cared that we have been there for 4 hours. They are THE WORST!!!!!!! More

Bait/Switch (but the people are nice) The staff are professional, responsive and helpful. The issue is a manager who won’t leave his office to speak to customers! I was quoted a price (via phone and email) which also listed a 0% apr for credit worthy customers, (which i am) but once I travelled up from the city they could not stand by that number. They took advantage of the fact it was late at night and I am 5 months pregnant. Instead of taking the train back at 9:30 at night, I paid more. The dealer quotes a low price and then gets a kick back from the bank to charge a 5%+ apr. With credit in 800’s that is insane. No, it’s unprofessional. If it was an honest mistake, he should have come out and apologized but the poor employee was trying her best. More

The slowest dealership The first time I bought a car from this dealership, I had a good enough experience to come back for a trade-in. Sadly instead of treating me better as a return customer, I was made to wait for 8 hours before I can get in the purchased vehicle. I complained to the manager, and did not help speed things up. We all know that it takes forever at a car dealership, but 8 hours is excessive by any standards. On top of everything I just received a call to come back for a missing signature. Seriously?? You kept me there for 8 hours and couldn't get all the paperwork in order. I will NOT come back under any circumstances. More
