My daughter had a 2021 Mazda CX 5. We went in to see about getting her a.extended warranty on her 2021 and see if she could make monthly payments but we were not able to do it so my da We went in to see about getting her a.extended warranty on her 2021 and see if she could make monthly payments but we were not able to do it so my daughter purchased the 2025 Mazda CX. Able to get the monthly payments to be the same as the 2021 was. So now my daughter got a new car and the extended warranty. And plus we had to do something to get my daughter’s x-husband name off the 2021. We tried refinancing the 2021 many different times to take his name off and was not able to. So getting a new car for my daughter was really the only way we were able to get her x-husband name off the car. The staff that we work with at Jeff Haas Mazda were very nice and helpful. More

I can’t say enough about the folks at Jeff Haas Mazda. They offer something way more than cars. They offer mobility. No matter what your mechanical issues may be and they are few with Mazda, they always t They offer something way more than cars. They offer mobility. No matter what your mechanical issues may be and they are few with Mazda, they always take care of it that day or provide a courtesy vehicle. In Houston you are effective stranded without a vehicle. Jeff Haas Mazda has never let me down. The folks there are the nicest, caring group I have encountered in the customer care business. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here and having the support of this wonderful group of people. More

This dealership takes advantage of people. I went in, simply for an oil change and was pressured into leaving with a new lease. My intention was to purchase the vehicle I have been leasing. Wh I went in, simply for an oil change and was pressured into leaving with a new lease. My intention was to purchase the vehicle I have been leasing. When I told Kenneth, I couldn’t do anything today he continued to pressure me into a new lease. Then the service department sent me a text stating that I needed many repairs totaling almost $3000to my car that is only three years old. I feel like it was coercion on the dealers part. Then when I was working with the person to sign all the documents, I told her I did not want any of the packages. She got an attitude with me about declining. I went back and looked at the video that the service department sent about my vehicle and it showed that there were not that many problems with my car and everything could have been fixed at a later time or in stages.
