I made an appointment with Larry Bouldin. When I arrived, the receptionist directed me to a chair while they looked for him. After waiting 20 minutes, I went up to the front desk. Another sales representative, Ken Robinson, offered to help me. He spent almost two hours talking about my needs and their inventory. He gave me a test drive in two different cars. Ken followed up the next day about their inventory, including vehicles in transit. I continued corresponding with him by text and phone. He was very helpful in trying to find a car with the trim, options, and color I wanted. However, I ended up buying a car from a different dealership that had a better inventory and an up-front internet pricing option. I had an excellent experience with Ken Robinson and am sorry I couldn't buy a car from him. More
