Randy, the business manager was very easy to work with and worked to obtain a great loan rate. Appreciated him taking time to clearly walk me through the document signing and answer all my questions. Last but absolutely not least! Shaundra, at the reception desk. Wonderful first impression. She provided a welcoming atmosphere, brought me a bottle of water as I began the purchase process with Travis. She provided the experience when I called the following day and during my second and final visit when we picked up the car for my son. I drove 3 hrs and met Peyton Odon at the dealership and she me in the parking lot and had the 2025 Integra Type S detailed and ready for me to test drive and answered any questions I might have. My wife and I recently purchased a "Precision Certified Pre-Owned" 2022 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance from this dealership, and frankly, we are disappointed at the lack of quality and attention to detail throug Pre-Owned" 2022 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance from this dealership, and frankly, we are disappointed at the lack of quality and attention to detail throughout the entire process. The salesperson was adequate, and was knowledgeable with the features of the car during the test drive, and the finance rep was friendly and not too pushy. The certified used car manager Kennie Conley is probably the most culpable in this whole ordeal. His responses to our complaints and questions were in some cases abject lies. The dealership as a whole completely dropped the ball on delivering what they claim to offer: a true Acura Certified experience. For starters, this vehicle is required to go through Acura’s rigorous 182-point inspection, but based on our experience, it’s hard to believe anyone inspected any part of this car. Here's a list of glaring issues we discovered almost immediately: 1. A front-end vibration was noticeable during the test drive, which clearly points to a tire imbalance—something that should have been caught before we even saw the vehicle. ( in the salesman defense he did immediately take the car back to service to check the tire balance issue and is was fixed)( required by the Acura 182 point inspection pg. 4 checklist item 180. Wheel/Tire/Steering (abnormal vibration and stiffness) 2. AcuraLink was still registered to the previous owner, and our 3-month trial subscription wasn’t activated. Acura Checklist pg. 2, item 55. Acuralink (operation-Check subscription status)(update 2 weeks later and still can't connect) 3. SiriusXM trial? Not renewed. Acura Checklist pg. 4 under Certified program standards SiriusXM Radio activation by service department (90-day free customer trial) 4. The navigation system contained the previous owner's data—completely unacceptable for a "certified" car. Acura checklist pg. 2, 58. Navigation System (Operation, display, clear all stored data) 5. The navigation software had not been updated. 2 years behind. 6. The interior was not cleaned properly. We found debris in the console and cup holders. Cleanliness is mentioned many times in the checklist that all areas must be clean. 7. There's visible damage to the headliner near the front passenger side. Acura checklist pg. 2 item 45. Headliner (Condition – must be clean and free of damage) 8. The cabin air filter was filthy—filled with debris and what looked like rodent damage. Acura checklist pg. 3 item 160. Cabin Filter (Replace if dirty) 9. The engine air filter was also dirty and clearly hadn't been replaced. Acura Checklist pg. 3 item 159. Engine Air Filter (Replace if dirty) **The used car manager stated that "While these filters should have been inspected, they are not required for replacement until 25,000 miles, along with the engine filters" 10. The engine oil is below the add line. Acura checklist pg. 3 item 114 Engine (Condition, fluid level and leaks). 11. I there is a leak from the transmission or transaxle. Acura checklist pg. 3 item 116. Transmission (Operation – MT or AT, fluid level and leaks) Beyond these issues, basic customer service standards were completely ignored. No one bothered to show my wife how to use any of the vehicle’s more technical features or assist her in connecting her phone to the infotainment system. Isn’t this expected for a purchase at this level? Oh, and the icing on the cake? The car was doused in a cheap, overpowering air freshener that made it feel like we bought from a low-end, budget lot. It was almost insulting. The manager has made no effort other than an email making excuses for all of the items listed above. I have asked him to call me multiple times and he has not returned my call. This dealership clearly doesn’t live up to the Acura brand or the standards of Acura's PRECISION Certified Pre-Owned vehicle program. Take your business elsewhere if you expect honesty, quality, and professionalism. More
