However, from the moment I walked in, the team at Sarasota Lexus made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. Luis Ojeda, my salesperson, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was clear, consistent, and personable, and he stayed engaged and persistent throughout the entire process. He truly made me feel like more than just a customer—his professionalism and sincerity were beyond impressive. Jason Crowley, the Used Car Director, brought valuable insight and honesty to the table. His transparency and knowledge were truly appreciated and helped make the entire process feel more grounded and reassuring. Eric in finance was instrumental in getting the ball rolling. And finally, Kenny Clark, the Finance Director, was the one who ultimately brought everything together.
