Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s. More

My only issues with this dealership are: 1. their dealer fees are the highest I've ever seen at about $2400 so your work is cut out for you to negotiate them down to a fair price, 2. The showroom is under major renovation so you are sitting it in open tables negotiating and sharing information. It would have been nice if they had some more private areas or dividers for customers to meet in. More
