Good afternoon: To start, I am, and always have been a GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were lookin GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. The front reception desk and those ladies when you walk in, the folks keeping the drinks and snacks full, to those who made those delicious chocolate cookies, those who contribute to the magnificent cleanliness around the place, oh, and there's major construction going on the currently. Without a doubt, Lexus of Sarasota is beyond reproach! Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. Outstanding job by all!!! Respectfully, Marty Tetrick More

I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. I was constantly kept informed and assured that if we could not resolve my issues that we would find another solution to ensure that I was satisfied. Unbelievable customer service. More

Rick and Jeff worked the deal together, everything went very smoothly. Really nice people, all six of the different people I had to deal with. The low rating is based on multiple failures on execution. Original contact, failure to respond, in writing. Ordered vehicle was good until out the door price was established. Again all in writing. Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s. More
