excellent customer service Dillan contacted me and we set up a time for me to come in and check out a ford taurus sho that I had been searching for. He was friendly and did well Dillan contacted me and we set up a time for me to come in and check out a ford taurus sho that I had been searching for. He was friendly and did well handling two customers at once. After we test drove the car, we sat down with abdul who was explaining everything about financing.he couldn't have been any nicer. Steven helped me obtain a decent loan and made the process quick and painless.I would definitely go back to this dealer More

They all made sure I knew their first name and I felt they were definitely looking out for me and giving Ford-Baltimore was courteous and friendly. The customer service from Tom Snyder was better than past experiences at 5 other dealerships. Jim Lowry knows the process and made it simple. Tom Miller and Ken Dillon in service understand that regardless experiences at 5 other dealerships. Jim Lowry knows the process and made it simple. I bought my 2011 Ford Fusion in December from Keith O'Connor and that was the most incredibly easy and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. My car was due for its first visit to the service d O'Connor and that was the most incredibly easy and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. My car was due for its first visit to the service dept for an oil change and 5k mile check up. I was somewhat hesitant as I know how service depts at dealerships can be. I contacted Keith first to set everything up, make the appt, and to arrange a loaner car. I was quite pleasantly surprised. All the gentlemen in the service dept were friendly and my car was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend the service dept and staff. Koons has been wonderful!!!!!!!! Thank you. More
