Staff was always friendly and helpful. I signed a new (my 3rd) lease with them and again, they made the process go smoothly, they did all the leg work for making the transition to my new car. I was very interested in buying a new Acura TSX so I took a visit to Acura of Westchester to take a look around. Because I was so impressed by the quality of service and they offered me the best price, I bo a visit to Acura of Westchester to take a look around. Because I was so impressed by the quality of service and they offered me the best price, I bought my car from this dealership. As soon as I walked in the door, an available salesman, Vincent Paciariello, greeted me and asked if I needed assistance, showed me the TSX, and I was able to get a test drive right away. Vincent went over all of the features and the lease offers without being too pushy; after all the car does sell itself! After going over deals and comparing prices with competing dealerships, I chose to purchase my TSX here. Besides the great experience I had with the the salesmen and general manager, Ken Hicks, Acura of Westchester really had the best prices of all of the dealerships. When I came to pick up my car, the service was speedy and efficient; I did not have to wait. In addition, Vincent made sure to go over the features of the car again so that I was familiar with everything and even went through the Bluetooth setup for my cell phone. The very next day I was given a nice follow up phone call to make sure everything with my car was running smoothly. More
