He went over this very technical 2020 RDX and I am so pleased with all the features, especially the safety features. He was very patient and helped me link my phone and set up my radio channels. Norman is so receptive to customer concerns. Over the years I've had small service issues and he has been very helpful and makes sure the work is done. The service department at this dealership is also terrific, friendly and they take the time to explain what needs to be done. I appreciate all of the staff at Naples Acura and enjoy their beautiful new showroom. If you want to buy a new or certified Acura, ask for Norman Johnston. You'll be glad you did! More

Joe Eisenberg got right back to us and we made a deal. It took less than a day without any frustration. Joe teamed us up with Norm to finalize the paperwork and we were out the door.
