After agreeing to a sale with the salesman Kenny, another salesmen supposedly decided to sell vehicle from under me 1 hour before my appointment to finalize the sale. Before I officially signed paperwork I threw several down payment scenarios at Greg and through my many questions, he was there to provide an answer with no pressure at all. Here it is 5 mos later and I still look outside my window in awe of my Ram parked in my driveway. I was told to see a particular salesperson and upon arrival for my appointment I discovered that neither of the vans were at that dealership. Think I was angry? The manager did his best to rectify the situation but the damage was already done. This is an example of a broken system and the communications are lacking to put it mildly. Incidentally and astonishingly, I kept my composure and never used any foul language even though I could have. Very upsetting experience. More
