As mentioned in the previous review I don’t care for the new texting system, I feel as though face to face communication is the best option. This way you avoid mixups. You could have the same system but hav new texting system, I feel as though face to face communication is the best option. This way you avoid mixups. You could have the same system but have the service person come into the waiting room with an iPad if you need proof from the customer that they requested or denied the recommended items. More

Had appt. Took an hour and a half tires weren’t rotated told it wasn’t needed and asked for it to be washed that would have been over 2 hours. Also when I called and got the price the price was wrong and it was more when I showed up then what I was told on phone. More
