He accommodated my schedule and made everything easy. The techs, however, I wasn't impressed with. I had a new issue occur and an issue from when it was brand new. 20k miles later, techs so I had a "tuner" in my vehicle and that the over the air updates weren't working because I have new speakers in my truck. New like they were installed at 1500 miles and I've had at least 6 updates with no problems. I really don't understand why the customer is blamed for notable problems with a vehicle. More

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, I brought my 2023 Corvette into Bridgewater Chevy service center for an oil change. When the car was ready, I drove off and I started to notice an oil smell when leaving t into Bridgewater Chevy service center for an oil change. When the car was ready, I drove off and I started to notice an oil smell when leaving the service center. Sometime that is normal and will burn off after a few miles. I noticed the car was making a noticeable banging nose in the engine bay. No noise during idle. Called the service center and left a voice message for Angel that I was bringing the car back and will be there shortly. Angel called me back within 5 minutes and I explained the issue. Brought the car back. Arrived at 11:49am and was met by Angel. I explained the issue with the smell of oil and the banging noise in the engine compartment. He immediately took the car to the service area. Turns out the technician did not secure the engine access panel/cover to access the oil filter area during the oil change. When driving the airflow through the engine compartment created a loud flapping, banging noise. This kind of mistake should have been caught during the technician’s final inspection. I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I am glad all worked at well in the end. Despite this negative experience, I will be back for my next service and hopefully that technician has learned from their mistake. Attention to detail is critical. FYI- Angel, the service representative, was great throughout the entire process. More
