I had two vehicles picked out to view in other areas if Crossroads did not have what I wanted. Kenny looked up comparable vehicles in stock at his store and helped me compare. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He gave me the information and let me make the decision without pressure...which is greatly appreciated! He pointed me in the right direction...a 2011 Honda Civic LX which I bought from him. We were in the dealership for many hours and he was extremely patient and nice the whole time. Thank you for a great car buying experience! More

Once again, I have made Crossroads Ford the place I wanted to purchase my 2012 Ford Explorer XLT. This is the 4th vehicle my husband and I have purchased from this dealership in the last 3 years. This wanted to purchase my 2012 Ford Explorer XLT. This is the 4th vehicle my husband and I have purchased from this dealership in the last 3 years. This time I chose to price shop a little and visited 2 other dealers before going home to Crossroads. We have worked with Kenny Wingfield on all 4 vehicle purchases. Working with MY salesman Kenny Wingfield is not only pleasant but I know that upon leaving the dealership I will know everything about my new vehicle and have the best price possible because Jeff Davis will make sure of that. My husband and I will use Crossroads Ford, Kenny Wingfield and Jeff Davis for many years to come for our vehicle needs. I send a BIG Thank You to Crossroads Ford in Prince George, VA for making me a very happy customer once again and the envy on my culdesac with my 2 pretty Fords sitting in the driveway.
