The Team at Gladstone came through for us with the CX30 of our choice; we received the preferred exterior and interior colors we waited so patiently for. Kenra provided such amazing customer service for the purchase of my new car! She communicated in a regular basis during the time I signed the papers to delivery of my car on the lot. Kenra took the time to completely review the electronics with me which was very reassuring. She has offered to help me if I forget something and has reached on to check in. Kenra’s enthusiasm for me as a customer was so appreciated! I had just had knee surgery a few days before and she really tried to keep our ‘wait time’ to a minimum. She is such an asset to Mazda of Gladstone. I received extraordinary support from Jonathan who was able to ‘find’ my rare red Mazda 3 and get it to me far before the forecasted date. While the completion of ALL the paperwork took a lot of time, Tom, in finance, was very organized and worked smoothly and thoroughly. I’ve my eye on this specific car for years and finding one was not an easy feat. Mazda of Gladstone did NOT take advantage of me by ‘jacking up’ the price. My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership, we were quite impressed!!! More

I worked with multiple people while test driving and then ultimately purchasing a Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I did two test drives on different days, and then ultimately purchasing a Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I did two test drives on different days, and then spent a third day purchasing the vehicle. I also had a trade in and I think they properly valued it based on KBB. The purchasing paperwork took a long time because they were short-staffed, but that is not a reflection on those that I worked with. All businesses right now are short-staffed. More
