No gimmicks; they give it to you straight and they work tirelessly to meet your intended end state. Very pleased with the overall buying experience, and this has stayed true for a family of vehicles (previous purchases + long history of service department use since 2008). Highly recommend Cobb County Toyota, look for Kent Givens, Shawn Smith, Andrew Carter, Merrick Shaw, Roderick and a New Yorker whose name I can't recall (you'll know when you hear his accent).
