It's been over 13 years since I last bought a new car, so I was expecting to go in and do battle. Max Strasser and Steve Clark got me the perfect Tacoma I wanted and made the experience very enjoyable. Brad I was expecting to go in and do battle. Max Strasser and Steve Clark got me the perfect Tacoma I wanted and made the experience very enjoyable. Brad in the business office also made me feel welcome and appreciated. I've already referred one lady to see Max and I'll send everyone I know who's looking for a new car or truck. I very much appreciate the deal and enjoyed meeting everyone. See you at my first service! More

This was my 5th car to buy from this dealership and this was the worst experience I've had with a car salesman. Very disrespectful. He clearly stated that the business did not care about me as a consumer. T was the worst experience I've had with a car salesman. Very disrespectful. He clearly stated that the business did not care about me as a consumer. That they would still get customers to buy their cars, this is after me asking questions about the car. Brad the Finance Manager was great. He came through for me after the disappointing interaction with the salesman. More
