They bent over backwards to help is out and get us into something stable. Once again after getting our vehicles paid off my husband was looking for a truck, he looked at dealership after dealership. At all the other dealerships they were rude and my husband was treated just like a number. Finally, I trapped my husband in the car and drove him back to West Metro where he should have gone from the beginning. They remembered us, great service, and once again bent over backwards to get him what he wanted for a vehicle. Now it’s our dealership. Superior Customer Service! I'm recently widowed, and had very specific requests for a vehicle. The Terrain I was looking for was not on the lot, so Kent tracked down the exact I'm recently widowed, and had very specific requests for a vehicle. The Terrain I was looking for was not on the lot, so Kent tracked down the exact vehicle I requested at a GMC dealership several hundred miles away. West Metro drove out to bring it back to Monticello. Kent was knowledgeable about the features on the Terrain and came in on his day off to explain them to me. Lloyd made sure that I received all possible credits/rebates. And Jim clearly explained the options and costs for extended warranty, and the terms/costs of financing. All in all, an excellent experience. More
