Good prices, tough negotiators, great customer service. I had been shopping for quite some time for a new GM pickup. I shopped the greater Twin Cities area, St. Cloud and Fargo/Moorhead area. I ended up at I had been shopping for quite some time for a new GM pickup. I shopped the greater Twin Cities area, St. Cloud and Fargo/Moorhead area. I ended up at West Metro, and dealt with Kent, who couldn't have been greater. Not high pressure, and fought for you when going back to negotiate with the sales manager. They don't really try to play "we're already at the lowest price" game too much, and they also don't get all "offended" when negotiating. Good to work with, and great customer service by Kent. I happened to catch a flu virus the day i put a deposit on the vehicle, and he was more than accommodating to wait until i felt better. The day of purchase was a very busy day (12/31) so i expected some delays/shortfalls, but besides only a few, very small, hiccups, I was out the door in about 2.5 hours a happy (although still sick) customer. Like most dealerships, financing was pretty quick, and they do try to sell you the typical extras- just do your research ahead of time to prepare yourself. I would recommend them if you are comfortable with the traditional way of purchasing a car through negotiating. I have not had any service yet, but have heard great things about their shop. More
