West Metro drove out to bring it back to Monticello. Kent was knowledgeable about the features on the Terrain and came in on his day off to explain them to me. Lloyd made sure that I received all possible credits/rebates. And Jim clearly explained the options and costs for extended warranty, and the terms/costs of financing.
